Our mission is to deliver unparalleled service and memorable experiences to our customers. The Role: We are seeking a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail, capable of delivering compelling visuals that resonate with our diverse audience. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual aspects of our websites, product packaging, exhibitions, corporate identity, and more. Develop and execute design concepts for marketing materials, including logo and branding design, print design, brochures, posters, banners, advertisements, and digital and social media graphics. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in our brand's visual messaging across all channels. Create visually appealing designs for new product launches, promotional campaigns, and special events. Work closely with external print vendors to ensure quality and timelines are met. Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to keep our brand at the forefront of design innovation. Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines. Be able to think outside the box and bring ideas to life that meet existing brand and company guidelines. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, etc.) and other design software. A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills and creative projects. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience with web design and multimedia content. Knowledge of Canva . Experience with managing websites on platforms, such as WordPress, Squarespace (or similar). Experience with Photography beneficial, not essential. Motion graphics skills and Adobe After Effects highly regarded, but not essential.
