• Provide accurate and timely industrial relations advice and consultancy services to management and staff focussing on delivering effective solutions that support a high performing, flexible and constructive work environment.• Participate in the coordination and management of allocated workplace relations matters, initiatives and projects, including enterprise bargaining and other union related activities either individually, or as part of a team.• Support the Employee Relations and Integrity team in case management and reporting activities.• Contribute to the review and implementation of HR management systems, policies, procedures which support contemporary best practice and implementation of strategic priorities and business objectives.• Maintain sound knowledge of current HR legislation, awards, certified agreements, directives, policies and procedures to support the timely and evidence based advice and to support service delivery outcomes.• Proactively build and maintain constructive and professional working relationships to coordinate and facilitate innovative HR solutions to assist customers achieve their business objectives.• Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with work colleagues, senior management, and internal and external customers.What we are looking forWe are seeking the best suited candidate for the role.
