With a brand new Colins Streetaddress and genuine flexibility to work between both home and office, this isan opportunity not to be missed. This is a permanent full-timeopportunity and we are ideally seeking experienced personal injury lawyers withexperience in the plaintiff public liability personal injury space. Thisrole is now available for a proactive, passionate and results driven Lawyer.You will be working with one of our most experienced and respected practicegroups nationally which will see you managing your own files. Wealso offer guaranteed professional and career development opportunities. Our public liability lawyers assist clients who have beeninjured as a result of the fault of another person. Some Public LiabilityClaims may include slips and trips on public or private property; unsafepremises (such as balconies, stairs or walking surfaces); dog or animalattacks; physical assaults; defective products (or services); Sportingaccidents (including recreational and adventure activities); injuries onprivate property including rental properties or health and fitness injuries(such as massage or personal training).In addition to taking on a wide range of challenginglegal matters, this role will also see you manage and strengthen existingcommunity relationships along with initiating and building new networks. Yourresponsibilities will include:
