Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

The Role Full time Permanent in Newcastle based in Newcastle and surrounds, including Cessnock, Charlestown, Forster, Maitland, Mayfield and Swansea. Sell prescription pharmaceutical products to GPs and pharmacies, meeting call rate targets and other KPIs. Use your relationships and ability to identify & focus on key customers for maximum return. Work collaboratively with another representative on territory. Work within a great team and supportive experienced manager. Use data to drive your decision making and sales focus. Champion excellence in customer experience and patient outcomes by working closely with your key customers. Be part of and leverage multichannel customer solutions/programs. Achieve or exceed sales targets of allocated territory/product by appropriate field force planning and accurate targeting of customers on territory. Execute sales and marketing strategies within the territory, using multichannel resources including F2F & virtual sales calls to engage targeted customers. About You High achiever, with a positive winning attitude, you may have won the deans award or have excelled in sport or academia. Previous experience as a pharmaceutical representative is essential. Tertiary qualifications in science, business or health essential. Customer focused and results oriented. A strategic mindset that is open to innovation and change. Excellent people skills.
