You’ll collaborate with senior leaders across the business to strengthen our data foundation, improve data quality, streamline processes and optimise reporting. You’ll uncover insights that guide strategic decisions at scale and shape our broader revenue strategy. What you’ll be doing Reporting regularly on Sales, Marketing and Customer KPIs, including pipeline health, channel performance and customer success metrics. Building dashboards and automations using Snowflake, HubSpot, ThoughtSpot, Google Suite and Excel to enable accurate, self-service reporting. Translating complex data into clear narratives, visualisations and presentations for senior leadership and executive stakeholders. Partnering with Commercial and Growth leaders to analyse performance against strategic initiatives and uncover improvement opportunities. Identifying bottlenecks, gaps and inefficiencies across the revenue funnel, and designing new processes to streamline workflows. Supporting experimentation and performance optimisation across growth channels, sales sequences, forecasting and variance analysis. Improving CRM data integrity by partnering closely with Growth teams, the CRM specialist and Enablement to elevate hygiene and governance. Contributing to key projects such as CRM uplift, customer health scoring, forecasting models, and building Sonder’s Revenue Intelligence Centre of Excellence. Who are we looking for? You’re a data-driven, systems-minded problem solver who simplifies complexity, empowers teams with accurate data, and improves the processes that drive growth. What you bring to the team 4+ years of relevant experience in Revenue/Sales/Marketing Operations, Business Analysis, Data Analytics or Financial Analysis. Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce), strong understanding of configuration, data governance and workflow automation. Experience working with databases and modelling tools (Snowflake, dbt, SQL) and BI platforms such as ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Power BI or Looker. Strong analytical skills, including forecasting and scenario modelling in Excel or Google Sheets. Ability to translate executive questions into dashboards, reports and actionable insights. Experience in AgenticAI / GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to drive efficiencies and intelligent reporting workflows. Able to simplify technical complexity into easy-to-understand narratives, helping teams align, adopt and act with confidence.
