Senior Analyst - Financial Planning and Analysis Our team are responsible for all aspects of financial reporting and analysis for Macquarie’s Risk Management Group as well as Legal and Governance and Internal Audit. You will pro-actively support the Finance team to service a wide range of stakeholders including Risk Management Group Division teams, Projects & Change, and Technology to provide insights and analysis to help manage the Risk Management Group’s cost base and establish the groups strategic objectives. You will analyse and report financial results to provide insights into the Risk Management Group cost base, monitoring financial drivers and cost recovery processes. You will also contribute to developing financial models to guide business decisions, supporting strategic reviews and forecasting cycles. What you offer 4+ years’ experience within a financial planning and analysis or treasury role Relevant tertiary qualification includes actuarial, accounting, economics, engineering, mathematics Strong numerical and analytical skills with an ability to understand and succinctly explain large and complex data sets Experience with budgeting, profit and loss and balance sheet reporting.
