As an AWEI Bronze employer and member of the Champions of Change Coalition for gender equality, we’re committed to a fair and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.The Infrastructure Portfolio Delivery team (IPD) serves as the link between the Lines of Business (LoB) and infrastructure technical teams, facilitating seamless coordination and delivery.**Your responsibilities:*** Overseeing and facilitate multiple infrastructure streams (Operational process improvement, Network, Hosting, and Database) as an enabler of LOB change initiatives* Manage implementation through various phases ie Dev, QA and Prod* Provide support for Project Managers (e.g. technical coordination, status updates)* Manage workflow / Oversee implementation for LoB projects into Infra team ( Jira / backlog etc)* Work with line managers to organise resourcing for delivery tasks* Work with project stakeholders to manage process and infra delivery* Facilitate the ordering of infrastructure hardware / software as required* Facilitate technical change implementation* Be an ambassador for the infrastructure team working across the business to provide effective communication on Infrastructure matters* Escalation point for customer stakeholders – Change initiative challenges* Provide customer input to drive Infrastructure operational considerations (in relation to new infrastructure services delivered via LOB initiatives)* Work across the Infrastructure team and customers to enforce standards and policies **Must have skills:*** Previous experience in the delivery of process improvement solutions* Previous experience in the delivery of infrastructure solutions* Technical awareness of infrastructure products* Business analysis skills for supporting business requirement definition* Experience with outcome based setups, delivering on hard commitments and fixed timelines.* Strong understanding of Technology including infrastructure and Service / Operations Management* Demonstrated experience coordinating successful outcomes across Technology landscape with a specific focus on operational process improvement and infrastructure (Hosting, Networking and Database)* Highly desirable – demonstrated experience delivering new or uplift across service mgmt. capability (e.g. Asset Management, Observability etc..)**Nice to have skills:*** Experience with AWS projects/migrations* AWS certification a bonus* Experience in a direct IT–business engagement role* Knowledge of ITIL disciplines* 5 years plus experience in a technical delivery orientated role* Relationship management with internal and external stakeholders* Demonstrated experience in leading virtual teams.* Asset Management, Observability deploymentWe make hiring decisions based on your skills, capabilities and experience, and how you’ll help us to live our values.
