We’re invested in your growth and your success. About The Role As a Client Service Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our travelers and corporate clients. You’ll play a key role in delivering a top‑tier experience and ensuring our customers feel supported at every step. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You’ll need to be adaptable, solution‑focused, and most importantly, passionate about great service. What You’ll Be Doing Deliver friendly, professional support via phone, email, and live chat Communicate complex product information clearly and simply Process approvals, orders, and card cancellations Work closely with Client Success Specialists and Sales to resolve customer issues and manage escalations Identify and refer potential sales opportunities and client referrals to the Sales team, supporting our business growth goals Your Growth We offer a comprehensive onboarding program and are committed to your ongoing development.
