About the role Providing safe acute medical care working with a dedicated team of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Assistants in Nursing, GP VMO’s, Allied Health and Clinical Nurse Educators. You will assist patients and their families through their health journeys. You will be supported by a multi‑disciplinary team of NUMs, CNM, HSM, CHE’s, medical and allied health cohort. Robust education programmes can be tailored for individual’s career progression. About you The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills with a strong focus on patient care and human resources. You will have exceptional work ethic, time management skills and the ability to work with people from different cultural backgrounds. You will also have a good understanding of medical terminology. Benefits Four weeks annual leave (pro‑rata for part‑time employees) 6 weeks annual leave (for eligible full‑time nurses) Up to 12 allocated days off each year (for full‑time employees) Superannuation contributions 11% Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for staff and family members Requirements Enrolled Nurse (Medication Endorsed where applicable) with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA. Additional information An eligibility list will be created for future permanent part‑time and temporary part‑time vacancies. To be eligible for employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand passport. Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable local candidate is identified for the position; in this instance, you may only be offered employment in line with the conditions and expiry date of your visa.
