The Opportunity It’s an exciting time to join the Suntory Oceania business as we transition to a multi-beverage organisation. Reporting to the Customer Supply Chain Manager the Vendor Replenishment Planner will support major grocery commercial and supply chain teams to delivery against business objectives and budget. With a customer focused view, you will support the team in exceeding customer expectations, delivering high standards and driving end-to-end supply chain improvement initiatives. What You'll Do Your core accountabilities will incorporate; business KPI delivery, full customer supply chain management and effective inventory control. To achieve this, you will : Own the tactical day-to-day management and reporting of the customer’s supply chain requirements (facilitation of BIS requests, EDI, customer support, RDD, OBSL, SL reporting etc) Identify and coordinate service recovery initiatives in instances where customer expectations would otherwise not be met. Contribute to achieving KPI targets, including but not limited to DIFOT, OBSL, Palletisation and supply compliance. Support the customer business with the delivery of volume, net sales and profit targets. Develop relationships and work collaboratively with key cross-functional partners (i.e. Alc Sales,Demand Planning, Warehouse and Logistics, Customer Support. etc) to deliver on channel targets and KPIs. Management of ordering & supply into Customer Distribution Centres. Ensure alignment of Suntory Oceania forecast with customer demand team. Experience that you will bring Experience as an Integrated Supply Planner. Analytical and informed decision-making skills. Ability to navigate ambiguous environments as we establish our ways of working with our customer. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
