About the role : As the first point of contact, you'll handle face‑to‑face and telephone customer interactions, managing sales, enquiries, and order preparation. Dive into a dynamic role with diverse daily responsibilities Primary Responsibilities : Counter sales and enquiries Entering sales orders / answering telephone enquiries Providing customer quotes, order status updates, lead times etc. Picking and packing of orders, cutting material using an up‑cut saw Operating forklifts for loading / unloading of trucks Vetting orders Product support to customers. About You You will be a self‑motivated person who enjoys working in a high‑performance culture. To be considered applicants MUST have : a reliable work history with a good attitude to safety LF Licence medium level computer literacy the ability to express yourself clearly and concisely. Applicants must also be prepared to undertake a pre‑employment medical inclusive of drug and alcohol test.
