Senior Property Manager — Lead Boutique Portfolio

We have an exciting opportunity that could be the perfect fit for you We're looking for an experienced senior property manager (potentially two positions) to join our small team and hit the ground running. Here's what you need to know: Start Date: As soon as possible Hours: Full-time - may be negotiable for the right person Salary: Competitive and negotiable Great Team Environment: Join an amazing team that values collaboration and growth In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of residential properties, delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants while upholding best practices in property management. You will be supported by a dedicated team, including two Assistant Property Managers, a Trust Manager, and an Office Administration Manager. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring efficient and high-quality service Oversee lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management Handle maintenance requests, inspections, and compliance with property regulations Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors Resolve tenant disputes and ensure timely conflict resolution Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and legislative changes Assist with business development and client retention strategies Skills & Experience Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property management Strong knowledge of tenancy laws and property regulations Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Proficiency in Property Tree software, Inspection Express and Microsoft Office A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle If you're ready for a change and want to be a part of an awesome boutique agency, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.
