This role is all about supporting our team of multi-disciplined professionals and ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients. You’ll coordinate meetings, manage client requests, and provide high-level administrative support that keeps everything running smoothly—delivering a seamless and world‑class experience for our clients. What Your Day‑to‑Day Will Look Like Your day will be varied and engaging, offering the opportunity to manage workflows, provide client service, and support our team. Your day may look something like this: Coordinate client meetings and presentations – schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure all details are organised with polished PowerPoint materials. Deliver exceptional client service – act as the first point of contact for queries, manage document requests, and maintain clear, professional communication. Support team operations and administration – keep workflows on track, update job statuses, and handle key compliance and documentation tasks accurately. About You… Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or related discipline, or equivalent experience. Experience in professional services firms or similar environments. Ability to maintain high customer service standards in a busy setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including intermediate PowerPoint skills. A demonstrated “can-do” attitude and strong communication skills. Analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve issues effectively. Commitment to ongoing learning and development. Ability to build relationships with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds. Highly organised and efficient in managing multiple tasks accurately and on time.
