Dental Receptionist and Dental Assistant Part-time and full-time position available Attractive salary package Training provided. The team strives to provide the highest quality dental care and advice to the patients, covering all facets of dentistry using the most current materials, techniques, and principles. This modern, family-oriented practice is looking for a Receptionist / Assistant to join their growing team. Qualifications Must be punctual and reliable Display a high level of motivation and dedication to their profession Have a high level of communication and interpersonal skills Have a genuine interest in dentistry and health care Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Dental Receptionist & Assistant Responsibilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A quick learner with attention to detail Some intermediate chairside assisting skills (Experience is ideal but not mandatory; ADC candidates welcome) Team-oriented approach Knowledge and experience in D4Ware an added bonus Experience in processing payments and generating invoices Answering phone / e-mail inquiries and patient bookings Perform dental assisting and sterilization duties as required Certificate III in dental assisting preferred (previous chairside experience ideal but not mandatory) Display a high level of infection control and sterilization standards Show attention to detail and be well presented Strong patient management skills Good time management skills Experience with Dental 4 Windows an advantage In return, you will be given the opportunity to join a wonderful practice, career progress, and on-the-job training.
