What You'll Do Deliver trauma-informed behaviour support and tailored social work interventions to children and adults. Conduct functional assessments, develop behaviour support plans, and provide counselling and psychoeducation. Collaborate with families, educators, and support networks to build resilience and independence. Work across homes, schools, and community settings with clients close to home (Brisbane West, Ipswich & surrounds). Provide supervision and mentorship to junior BSPs or social work team members. Maintain a sustainable caseload with just 5 billable hours per day, including travel. Participate in weekly supervision, peer debriefs, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
