Full-time, fixed-term position for 24 months Band 5 – $81,962 per annum, plus super and a monthly RDO Hybrid working arrangements available Doncaster East, Victoria – free on-site parking About the Role The Graduate Asset Planner will support the Asset Management team in delivering Manningham Council's Strategic Asset Management and Strategic Property Portfolio projects. Support the implementation of responsive, flexible and accurate work systems and practices. Prepare information and data on community services and assets. Provide general and technical support to internal stakeholders in relation to strategic asset management. Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve service-led asset management and strategic property portfolio goals. What You Will Experience Work on real projects and produce meaningful work. Receive learning and development support to build foundational capabilities for a successful career. Qualifications Completed a tertiary degree in property, engineering, community planning, or a related field within the last 2 years. Seeking an entry-level pathway into the workforce and a foundation for a career in community planning or asset management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality. Well‑developed organisational skills to plan, prioritise and organise work to meet performance objectives and targets. Understanding of asset management and property management principles.
