Community Physiotherapist – Mornington Peninsula & South-East Suburbs Peninsula Home Physio P/L is seeking a committed and values-driven Community Physiotherapist to join our growing team. This full-time or part-time role involves delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to older adults and individuals living with disability across the Mornington Peninsula and South-East suburbs. As part of our growing physio impact team, you will contribute to a supportive, growth-focused clinical environment built around purpose, autonomy, and meaningful, person-centred care. About the Role You will play a key role in helping clients improve their function, mobility, independence, and wellbeing within their own homes. The position offers a mix of assessment, treatment, reablement-focused care, and collaboration with clients, carers, and the broader healthcare community. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments Developing individualised treatment and reablement plans Delivering one-on-one physiotherapy sessions to support function, capacity, and independence Collaborating with clients, families, support coordinators, and other providers to ensure high-quality, coordinated care Maintaining clear, accurate clinical documentation Contributing to team meetings, reflective practice, and continuous improvement Participating in ongoing clinical and professional development Client locations include the Mornington Peninsula and South-East suburbs. About You We are looking for a physiotherapist who values both clinical excellence and client impact , and who appreciates working as part of a supportive, purpose-driven team.
