We're looking for a high-performing Account Executive to help drive our emerging Technology division—working with SaaS, Software, Cybersecurity, MSP, and Professional Services clients across APAC. This isn't a typical recruitment consulting role. This is a 180° position focused on outbound prospecting and managing your own client accounts. No candidate management—just pure business development, relationship-building, and client ownership. You'll be given warm leads, a huge database and full marketing support. Business Development Identify, target, and win new technology clients (startups, scale-ups, enterprise). Build and manage a strong pipeline through outreach, networking, events, and referrals. Present tailored recruitment solutions and proposals. Lead client meetings and discovery sessions to understand hiring needs. Account Management Manage and grow your own portfolio of clients. Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business. Partner closely with delivery consultants to ensure seamless fulfilment. Attend face to face meetings, business lunches and trade-shows/events. Network across the industry and grow a strong personal brand. About You Experience in B2B outbound sales. A hungry, driven "up-and-comer" with a passion for the tech space. Huge work ethic and "take action" mindset. Strong communicator with excellent organisation and attention to detail.
