Join us to make a difference About the role Campbell Construction Co is on the lookout for a driven and experienced Insurance Repair Estimator to join our team across the Sunshine Coast region and surrounds. In this role, you’ll be the key link between our clients, customers, suppliers and trades—ensuring every insurance repair is assessed accurately, costed confidently, and delivered to the highest standard. You’ll bring strong technical knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for quality outcomes on every job. What you’ll be doing Visit properties, meet with owners and assess damage with accuracy and professionalism Prepare clear and detailed scopes of work and insurance repair quotations Create precise desktop estimates from client- or consultant-provided scopes Produce comprehensive building assessment reports, including cause of damage, defects and compliance issues Break down repair costs including materials, labour, subcontractors and overheads Work closely with Supervisors, suppliers and trades to secure competitive pricing Identify opportunities for cost savings and value engineering Prepare professional submissions with accurate cost breakdowns and supporting documentation Consistently meet KPI targets Ensure all estimated work complies with legislation, WHS&E requirements and industry standards Maintain meticulous digital records using Prime Ecosystem and various insurance platforms Occasional regional travel may be required during major weather events. About you You’re a confident, proactive professional who takes pride in accuracy, communication and customer care.
