Our Service Areas St Louis Homes – NDIS‑approved provider for younger onset dementia St Louis Home Care – Government‑approved and private support at home care provider St Louis Nursing Home – Boutique residential aged care St Louis Allied Health – Covering both Metro and Fly‑in‑Fly‑Out allied health services supporting South Australian communities Role Kitchen & Cleaning Assistant (Casual – Parkside). This hands‑on role combines kitchen and cleaning responsibilities, suitable for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of hygiene, supports quality meal service, and contributes to a safe, welcoming environment for our residents. To Be Successful In This Role Have a good understanding of food preparation, hygiene and safety procedures Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen and dining area Support meal preparation and service, ensuring residents’ preferences and dietary needs are met Carry out general cleaning duties including mopping, vacuuming, dusting and sanitising high‑touch areas Follow infection control practices and safety procedures at all times Manage your time effectively to complete tasks promptly and efficiently Be reliable, organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team Demonstrate empathy and respect when supporting residents and colleagues Be adaptable to changing needs and able to handle busy periods calmly Essentials National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years) Up‑to‑date Influenza vaccination Previous experience in aged care, cleaning or food service preferred Benefits Family‑friendly and supportive team culture Opportunity to work for a well‑established, values‑driven aged care provider Ongoing training and development in food safety and hygiene Local business discounts Flexible working hours Apply Now If you are excited about this opportunity, we would love to hear from you Please submit your resume and cover letter, detailing your relevant experience and providing two workplace referees.
