Senior Consultant, Major Customer Energy Projects Location: Perth Office - CBD, WA, AU Senior Consultant, Major Customer Energy Projects – Permanent - Perth CBD We’re looking for a customer‑focused leader to manage end‑to‑end delivery of major energy projects that accelerate WA’s decarbonisation goals. As the primary point of contact for our largest customers, you’ll combine strategic relationship management with disciplined project oversight—helping connect renewable generation, battery storage, and large‑scale loads to the South‑West Interconnected Network. At Western Power, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping WA’s clean energy future. You’ll work on projects that matter—connecting renewables and storage solutions that power homes, businesses, and communities. Your Role in Action Be the trusted advisor for major customers, guiding them from concept through to connection and ensuring a seamless experience. Build and maintain strong relationships , fostering trust and collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders. Oversee project delivery end‑to‑end , ensuring milestones are met, risks are managed, and compliance with regulatory frameworks is maintained. Maintain accurate customer data and project records , driving transparency and consistency across systems. Lead contract negotiations that balance commercial outcomes with customer needs, safeguarding Western Power’s reputation for reliability and innovation. Champion continuous improvement , resolving escalations quickly and identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience.
