Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Senior Financial Advisor at Sonas Wealth. The Senior Financial Advisor will be responsible for providing strategic financial planning, retirement planning, investment advice, and financial advisory services. The role is located primarily in Castle Hill, NSW, with some work‑from‑home flexibility. It offers equity opportunities to new partners through a profit‑share arrangement or an individualized equity plan, alongside regular pay and performance reviews. What’s expected of you: Being present in and actively participating in joint client meetings to start with, then running your own meetings very quickly. Working in a team to strategise and model financial strategies in line with clients’ goals and objectives. Coordinating and communicating effectively with the support team to ensure seamless delivery across the entire advice process. Delivering an ethical, proud client experience at every step of our client’s financial and career path. Providing high‑touch, ongoing client service to help clients achieve their version of financial freedom to the highest standard, growing confidence over time. Why Work With Us? Your Background (ideal but flexible) AR‑qualified experience in Retirement Planning and Investments. SMSF Specialist Advisor or willingness to undertake the course. Four years minimum experience in the financial planning industry, in a client‑facing role. Experience using modelling tools like Xtools+ is a plus; full paraplanning and technical support will be provided. Ability to analyse and interpret complex financial data. Exceptional organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the capacity to juggle competing priorities. A committed, ethical, and caring attitude focused on productivity, high‑quality service, and clients’ goals. Professional presentation skills, empathy, and a polite, caring, self‑motivated manner. Proven ability to work closely in a team while being willing to lead from the front.
