About the role We have a great opportunity for a full‑time Assistant Manager to join our experienced team. We are looking for a committed team member to provide support to our team and loyal customer base. The successful applicant will be a customer service champion, enjoy a fast‑paced work environment and be able to learn new processes and systems quickly. Key Responsibilities Account management and relationship building Support the store manager and help lead the store team Inbound phone and online sales In‑store customer service Order and receipt of incoming stock Process and pick purchase orders Showroom merchandising, pricing and maintenance Skills & Experience Exceptional communication skills Experience or a passion for auto parts Well presented with a great phone manner Ability to influence and negotiate Ability to translate technical problems to simple solutions What's in it for you?
