About The Role Our Ventia Operations Centre (VOC) works closely with a diverse range of customers who are active participants of several front‑line public services and sectors across Australia & New Zealand. Role Responsibilities Lead corporate training and development programs from needs analysis, content planning, design and development, instructional design and stakeholder engagement through to deployment, continuous improvement and effectiveness analysis. Facilitate training programs – face to face, online and e‑learning module development as well as schedule contributions. Quality Assurance – regular reviews of the effectiveness of training, processes and overall team members quality through evaluations and assessing performance outcomes. Facilitate call collaboration sessions with operational stakeholders. Governance of this process on a monthly basis. Recommendation and deployment of continuous improvement solutions for business process improvements across a variety of contracts and systems. Price new work and contribute to winning work for the Ventia Operations Centre. Develop engaging PowerPoint presentations for strategic outcomes and project delivery discussions. About You To be successful, you will have experience in a similar role with exceptional interpersonal skills and a high drive for continuous improvement initiatives. You Will Also Possess Strong stakeholder engagement skills with customers and team members. Proficient with the MS Office Suite. Qualifications in training and development or similar (ideal). Experience working with LMS systems.
