Formerly known as Enhanced Mens Clinic, Hormn has grown 100 percent+ YOY and is gearing up for a major acquisition push in 2026. The role Hormn is entering hyper‑growth mode, and we’re looking for a hands‑on Meta specialist / senior growth marketer to lead performance marketing with strategy, experimentation, and results at the core. Your mission? Scale Meta from six‑figure months into sustained high‑spend territory, all while maintaining CAC discipline. You’ll have the creative freedom, operational support, and autonomy to push spend aggressively, experiment boldly, and move fast. The upside is enormous for someone who knows how to run high‑velocity acquisition campaigns. We reward outcomes with significant performance bonuses for hitting key milestones—$200k+ on top of base salary. What you’ll be doing day‑to‑day: Running performance campaigns at volume across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Launching and scaling campaigns daily with rigorous testing frameworks Managing budgets, pacing, optimisation, and performance stability at high spend Writing high‑impact direct‑response ad copy and testing multiple variations Collaborating with our creative team to deploy fresh, conversion‑focused assets Analysing weekly performance and providing reports: CAC, creative effectiveness, and audience insights Experimenting with new channels and growth opportunities to push the envelope What you bring: You’re a hands‑on, data‑driven, problem‑solving Meta specialist who likes working autonomously with zero red tape. Proven experience scaling Meta accounts from $100k to $500k+ per month Experience working within digital healthcare in Australia a huge plus Strong direct‑response instincts and disciplined testing frameworks Confident managing $15k–$40k per day in spend Deep understanding of attribution, signal quality, audience expansion, and creative fatigue Strong copywriting skills paired with analytical decision making A hunger to drive aggressive, measurable growth at a national level Full working rights for Australia Why you’ll love working at Hormn 100% remote, fully flexible.
