Head of Foundation The Shore Foundation is seeking a Head of Foundation to lead its next chapter of growth in philanthropy, fundraising, and community engagement. About the Role Reporting to the independent Foundation Board and working closely with the Headmaster and senior stakeholders, you will: Provide visionary leadership and strategic development in line with the Foundation’s values Develop and deliver a multi-year philanthropic strategy aligned with Shore School’s priorities Lead a significant capital campaign and other fundraising initiatives Cultivate strong relationships with donors, alumni, parents, and community leaders Oversee governance, financial stewardship, and development of Foundation staff Elevate the Foundation’s profile through compelling communications and engagement Who You Are You are a strategic, inspiring leader with a proven track record in fundraising and stakeholder engagement. You thrive in complex environments where relationships matter and purpose drives performance. You are a leader who is both a strategic fundraiser and an organisational leader with values that align with Shore School and Shore Foundation's values.
