Relief Caravan Park Customer Service Officer

Reference number 61‑2025 Job type: Casual Package: $41.71 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading) Immediate start – 6 month tenure over busy summer period Duties at all Moyne Shire caravan parks as required We are currently seeking a customer‑oriented applicant to undertake customer service duties within our Moyne Shire caravan parks on a temporary casual basis. The successful applicant for this position will act as the first point of contact for the parks, answering telephone enquiries and processing booking requirements. To be successful in this role you will need Qualifications Employee working with children check Driver's Licence Completion of training in customer service or bookkeeping (desirable) Experience Previous experience in computerised cash receipting / recording Customer service experience (desirable) Previous Tourism Industry experience (desirable) Experience operating a reception/front office (desirable) High level of demonstrated customer service skills (desirable) Completion of courses/training in customer service or bookkeeping (advantage) Key selection criteria 1. Demonstrated time management skills, with the ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously. 2. High level of demonstrated customer service skills. 3.
