Pharmacist Manager | Southern Adelaide, SA Lead a pharmacy transformation in a coastal community setting. Monday to Saturday roster, no evenings or Sundays. $55/hr plus support from senior pharmacist mentors. Client & Location Information This long-established community pharmacy is situated just 30km south of Adelaide CBD in a relaxed coastal suburb known for its welcoming locals, scenic beaches, and family-friendly atmosphere. With strong public transport links, quality schools, and affordable housing, the area offers an ideal blend of city convenience and laid-back living. Job Specification As Pharmacist Manager, you will take charge of daily pharmacy operations while playing a pivotal role in an upcoming transformation that will position the store as a leader in professional services. This sole pharmacist role is supported by an experienced Dispensary Technician and Pharmacy Assistant, with guidance from senior pharmacists across a supportive partner network. Key responsibilities include dispensing, counselling, checking medication packs, and expanding professional service offerings aligned with a forward pharmacy model. The pharmacy uses Minfos and SureMed systems and operates Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm, Saturday 9am-1pm. Skills Required General AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist. Proven competence in sole-charge pharmacy operations across Australian community settings. Strong communication and leadership skills. Experience with Minfos and SureMed preferred. Passion for professional services and patient‑centred care. Salary & Benefits Hourly rate of $55+ negotiable on experience. Ongoing mentorship from experienced senior pharmacists.
