Full-Time | Flights Paid from Perth or Local Hire (Port Hedland) | Reporting to our Haulage Maintenance Superintendent Play a key role in workshop operations on a high-performing mining project in WA’s North. The workshop is the heart of the ReGroup business, with over 250 assets making their way through the yard a month; to be successful in this role, you will be someone who is looking for a challenge and has an owner’s mindset with demonstrated leadership experience. Duties and Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end maintenance of heavy road transport equipment (Kenworth road trains and trailers) Manage procurement and usage of all parts and equipment (internally and between projects Maintenance Planning Team) Responsible for resource allocation within the team Ensure pre‑starts, post‑starts and shutdown procedures and checks are conducted in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications, safety and site requirements Strong focus on safety and leadership Sound knowledge of all plant and equipment Manage all third‑party contractors (if applicable to the project) Accountable for ensuring the team correctly opens and closes service jobs as per the correct process Prepare and participate in daily toolbox meetings Previous supervisory experience in a workshop or site and ability to run the day‑to‑day routines within a workshop Demonstrated leadership capability Ability to build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders Excellent communication skills Hands‑on experience with planned maintenance, servicing, and repairs Experience in the resources industry Commitment to safety Ability to pass pre‑employment medical and D&A What we can offer you 8:6 FIFO roster (Wednesday AM in, out Tuesday PM) Flights paid from Perth Local Port Hedland applicants strongly encouraged to apply – weekly local housing allowance granted Competitive salary and long‑term employment opportunity Further develop your career in a growing company Opportunity to run a high‑performing team Great working environment About Us We hire, manage, and maintain a fleet of more than 400 pieces of civil construction plant equipment, mining equipment and heavy haulage and bulk haulage vehicles to deliver on this vision.
