The Role: In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Drive Clinical Excellence: As Pharmacist in Charge, you will ensure precise dispensing of medications, maintain high standards of practice, and we encourage you to pursue specialised clinics in areas of interest such as Men's Health, Diabetes Management or Endometriosis. Enhance Customer Engagement: Implement forward dispensing practices, allowing pharmacists to remain engaged with customers during the dispensing process. Offer expert advice on prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and health concerns through our Care Clinics, ensuring personalised service and fostering stronger patient relationships. Embrace Continuous Learning: Access industry-leading MasterClass sessions to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge. Champion Safety: Adhere to all TerryWhite Chemmart, QCPP, and relevant policies and procedures, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and patients. Leverage Innovative Tools: Embrace and effectively utilise new technologies, such as Minfos for pharmacy management, the myTWC app for online bookings and script management, and uphold clear expectations for their integration to streamline operations and improve patient experience. About You: You are passionate about community pharmacy and are looking to share your commitment and service offerings, particularly in clinical care. To be considered for this role you must have a current General Registration as a Pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA and experience leading a pharmacy or dispensing team.
