Design for Australia's top media brands An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join the Seven West Media Marketing and Customer team. You will be supporting the Senior Designer to oversee campaign design, manage workflow, and help guide a small but high-performing design team. Together, you will deliver impactful, brand-aligned creative across some of Australia’s most iconic media brands. The company comprises some of Australia’s most renowned media brands, including the Seven Network, Telethon, Streamer, The West Australian, The Sunday Times, PerthNow, and regional newspapers across Western Australia, as well as national digital masthead The Nightly. About the role You will play a key part in driving the look and feel of campaigns across print, digital, and event channels, while helping manage team workflow and creative output. Your responsibilities will include : Leading design projects from concept to rollout across print, digital, and social Supporting and mentoring designers, providing feedback and guidance Managing workflow, deadlines, and priorities across multiple concurrent projects Collaborating with marketing managers and stakeholders to develop strong campaign concepts Designing high‑quality collateral including event branding, activations, signage, merchandise, and digital assets Overseeing photoshoots, retouching, and campaign rollout Maintaining strong attention to brand alignment, consistency, and quality across all deliverables You will work on a wide range of projects from Leadership Matters, Telethon, and Channel 7 Christmas Pageant to high‑impact marketing campaigns across print, digital, and broadcast platforms. About You You are a confident designer who can balance creativity with structure. You thrive in fast‑paced environments, love seeing ideas come to life, and are comfortable leading projects and people. You’ll bring A qualification in Graphic Design or Visual Communication 5+ years of professional experience, ideally from an agency or high‑output in‑house team Proven ability to manage design projects, priorities, and deadlines Experience providing direction and mentorship to junior designers Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) Strong understanding of both print and digital production Excellent time management, communication, and stakeholder management skills A portfolio showcasing a strong balance of conceptual and rollout design Highly desirable Experience with motion design (Premiere Pro or After Effects) Knowledge of HTML5 ad creation Exposure to brand systems or campaign strategy Why You’ll Love Working Here 1 day a week working from home Salary packaging options and paid parental leave Onsite café, free gym, and parking at our Osborne Park HQ Employee perks program and wellbeing support A genuinely supportive and creative marketing team culture Opportunities to grow into leadership – as we grow with you Apply now Join us at Seven West Media and be a part of our success story.
