If you’ve ever wanted to see the whole picture of development, not just one piece of it, this is your chance. The Opportunity This isn’t your traditional Project Engineer role. You’ll work alongside some of Brisbane’s most entrepreneurial engineers and development minds, gaining end-to-end exposure across design, construction, and delivery. You’ll help shape new communities, oversee the technical detail, and roll up your sleeves to make sure things get built properly. Projects range from 20 to 150-lot subdivisions, each designed with a focus on quality, amenity, and livability. What you’ll do Assist in managing the design, construction, and delivery of residential subdivision projects. Work closely with site teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure quality and compliance. Review design plans and civil documentation. Keep budgets, schedules, and contractors on track. Contribute ideas, energy, and initiative. You’ll be trusted and empowered to make an impact. What we’re looking for We’re after a versatile, hands-on engineer who’s ready to take the next step.
