BAS Agent - Operational Finance & Compliance Coordinator Fit Profits is looking for a client focused, friendly, efficient Senior Bookkeeper with BAS experience to join our team in Perth. This role is full-time. You'll be a team player who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about delivering excellent service. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with lots of diversity and a variety of work. You are able to manage competing priorities and deadlines, and enjoy using your expertise to assist the team. What You'll Do Prepare and lodge BAS, IAS, and other ATO compliance reports Reconcile accounts, review tax coding, and resolve queries Undertake balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end and year-end processing Prepare reports, including financial analysis, cash flow budgeting and forecasting, and provide operational support as required Communicate with clients, their accountants and the ATO as needed Be a bit of a data nerd, diving into numbers, analysing data, and using technology to improve workflows, productivity, accessibility of information and reporting.
