What you’ll be doing:

We’re seeking a skilled, enthusiastic, and energetic Senior Change Manager to take on this critical and high-profile opportunity. Your passion for change management will shine as you guide teams through a large-scale, sustainable transformation. Drawing on your experience with Value Stream projects, you’ll lead change initiatives that drive the development and lasting implementation of New Ways of Working as we continue to develop a new bank - People First Bank

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with senior leadership and cross functional teams to deliver large scale and complex change programs.
  • Championing the adoption of new ways of working that align with agile principles and organisational goals to enhance business performance.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Contributing to the implementation of the change strategy and activities by advocating, assessing, and leading the delivery of the change management strategy
  • Representing project and program level change at change and governance forums when required.
  • Conducting comprehensive stakeholder analysis to inform detailed stakeholder management.
  • Ensuring all artefacts created are compliant with all Delivery Practices and People First Bank-wide policies, risk management and standards.
  • Designing and implementing change plans that encourage adoption, reduce resistance and are focussed on value delivery

About you

You are an experienced Change Management practitioner with a proven track record of driving impactful Change Management initiatives in Value Stream implementation projects. While experience in Financial Services is a bonus, it’s your energy, passion, and relentless drive for delivering results in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment that will fuel your success in leading complex transformation programs.

Your hands-on approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves ensure you’re fully immersed in driving change, while your leadership style inspires and energises teams, guiding them through change with confidence. Your exceptional communication skills foster strong collaboration across all levels—from senior executives to department heads and front-line employees—ensuring alignment and engagement at every step.

We also seek:

  • Experience in embedding change within at an organisational level in a complex environment
  • Working knowledge of best practice change management models and awareness of underlying psychology and neuroscience models and concepts.
  • Demonstrated experience leading change programs that has incorporated cultural, organisational structure, policy, process, and technology changes.
  • Experience in end-to-end change management delivery which includes strategies to implement and embed change into BAU, including building capability to manage change.
  • Experience working in both Agile and waterfall delivery environments.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced delivery environment with regulatory dates to be achieved.
