Maintenance Supervisor Location: Crestmead, Brisbane QLD Hours: Monday–Thursday 8am–4pm | Friday 6am–2pm | Occasional on‑call/weekend work. Pay: From $54/hr + (depending on experience) Temp to Perm after 3 months We are a leading Australian manufacturer of electrical cables, proudly operating for 27 years. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the workshop team, assign tasks, and oversee productivity. Conduct preventative maintenance on cable manufacturing machinery (extruder, strander, drawing machines, etc.). Minimise machinery downtime and implement maintenance improvement initiatives. Manage spare parts, consumables, and maintenance reporting (AMPRO). Liaise with contractors and perform general building maintenance as required. Requirements: CPR/First Aid certified, Forklift licence, driver’s license, and own transport. Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills or complex machinery maintenance experience. Hands‑on, “can‑do” attitude, physically fit (able to lift 20kg+). OH&S knowledge and ability to pass drug/alcohol screening. Computer literate (AMPRO & Microsoft Office).
