As our business continues to grow, we’re ramping up and looking for experienced nursery hands to join our team. Why You’ll Love It Here You’ll join a friendly, supportive team that gets stuck in and works together Every day is hands‑on, active, and plant‑focused You’ll play a key role in producing and dispatching great plants for retailers and landscapers The work is rewarding, fast‑moving, and no two days feel the same What We’re Looking For Have experience working in a production nursery environment Understand plant health, pests, and diseases (spray experience is highly regarded) Are confident with general nursery tasks such as dispatch, watering, pruning, and plant maintenance Work quickly, safely, and accurately during busy periods Bring a positive attitude, are reliable, and genuinely enjoy working with plants Are physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions Horticultural qualifications are a bonus, but not essential. Forklift experience is also an advantage. What You’ll Be Doing Picking, packing, and preparing plant orders for dispatch Supporting plant health through watering, maintenance, and pest/disease monitoring Helping with spraying (if experienced or keen to learn) Assisting with propagation, seeding, and general nursery production tasks Keeping work areas tidy and organised Working with the team to meet daily and weekly targets What’s On Offer An immediate start Full time roles available, with part time and casual options for the right people Opportunities to grow your skills, including plant health, spraying, and propagation A supportive environment where plant lovers thrive #J-18808-Ljbffr
