Have a solid background in accountingHave some leadership experience under your beltKnow your stuff, but know when it’s time to call in the expertsHave a genuine interest in helping clients and team members proactivelyLove bringing the wow to the customer experienceEnjoy producing management reports for quarterly meetings with clientsDon’t have an issue getting your hands dirtyBelieve in getting it right and getting it doneAre not afraid to have real conversationsCan explain complex financial info in a way that makes sense to everyoneThe role will be:

A mix of on the tool’s work and other responsibilities (depending on how you are wired)Focused on real estate industry clients (ranging from startups to large corporates)Part of a friendly and supportive team with plenty of opportunities for collaborationFilled with compliance and advisory (the blend is what matters most)You are someone who:
