Job description Our School Performance Cluster Partner Team collaborates within and across BCE to provide specialised, multi-disciplinary support to schools. In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic, high‑impact support to school leaders and educators, helping them implement effective pedagogical practices aligned with our strategic priorities and compliance standards. This role supports our Secondary Schools in Gold Coast, Scenic Rim, Ipswich, Logan, and Thornlands. Location : BCE Office – Woolloongabba  Work hours : Full‑time | Flexible working arrangements available  Salary : $133,553 - $148,385 + super  Status : Permanent (continuing) In this position you will be responsible for: Providing strategic, curriculum‑focused advice to influence school direction and operational outcomes. Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to analyse priorities and determine organisational needs. Supporting the development of teaching expertise across AITSL career stages (Teacher, Middle Leader, Principal) and building leadership capability in College and Middle Leaders. Delivering differentiated support models including instructional coaching, co‑teaching, and professional learning networks. Using school‑centric data to challenge perspectives, make informed recommendations, and drive improvement. Conducting high‑level reviews and preparing technical reports on significant projects and research. Building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships to share expertise and deliver outcomes. Enhancing operational performance through subject matter expertise across schools and business areas. About you A deep understanding of curriculum and pedagogical practices. Instructional leadership experience and expertise in pedagogy and curriculum. Proven ability to build capacity in educators and school leaders. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. A commitment to continuous improvement and educational excellence. Creative thinker and excellent problem solver. Experience working with multiple stakeholders and leadership teams. Tertiary qualifications in a related field and/or relevant experience (highly regarded). Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment. Full registration with Queensland College of Teachers (QCT).
