Focused on operational excellence and sustainability, the centre optimizes productivity and enhances coordination across multiple sites, reinforcing the clients commitment to responsible and efficient resource management. About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Management Specialist to support the delivery of clients sustaining capital plan. This role will work closely with key stakeholders to drive value, optimise commercial outcomes, and strengthen contractor performance. Youll play a critical role in developing contract strategies, managing the tendering and negotiation process, and ensuring efficient contract execution. A strong commercial mindset and the ability to build trusted, outcome-focused relationships is essential. Key Responsibilities Deliver contract support aligned to the clients sustaining capital plan Develop and implement contract strategies to maximise value Lead tendering, negotiation and execution of strategic contracts Build strong, collaborative relationships across asset and customer team Support Contract Owners to monitor and enhance contractor performance Analyse market trends and industry dynamics to improve planning and decision-making Apply end-to-end supply chain knowledge to drive efficiency and optimisation Skills & Experience Proven experience in contract management or procurement Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and contract strategy skills Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders Understanding of supply chain processes Commercial construction experience highly regarded How to Apply : Click on the Apply button to submit your application or for more information please contact : WorkPac Principal Consultant : Georgia Guy on or quoting the below reference number.
