Qualifications & experience Experience in either marine trimming, sail making or upholstery is preferred but not essential Proficiency in sewing and fabric handling Willingness to develop sewing, fabric handling and patterning skills with on-the-job training provided Knowledge of materials and products used in marine/industrial applications is preferred but not essential Strong attention to detail and problem solving Ability to work interdependently or as part of a team Current drivers license is preferred but not essential Australian work rights are required for this position Tasks & responsibilities Fabricate new covers, clears, upholstery, industrial items, sails Collaborate with the design team to create custom textile solutions Maintain a clean and organised workplace Ensure high-quality standards in marine trimming/sail making/upholstery Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of all company products across different projects and environments Provide excellent customer service and communication A keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic Competitive salary and benefits package based on experience Opportunity for professional development and advancement within the trade A dynamic and supportive work environment Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
