Pay Range A$67,000.00/yr - A$70,000.00/yr (Base pay range) About the Role In this role you will report to the Service Manager and provide support for pre‑ and post‑assessment activities, undertaking administrative tasks and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will be part of a warm, close‑knit team that values the improvement of health and human services. Key Responsibilities Liaising with clients and assessors to maintain communication and identify opportunities. Scheduling and managing assessment bookings. Assisting with audits and compliance checks. Coordinating with colleagues to ensure assessments are scheduled and delivered within appointed timeframes. Organising travel and bookings for assessment teams. Providing assessment activity and administrative support for the team. Preparing and finalising certifications. Contributing to process improvements and maintaining accurate records and documentation. Ensuring smooth communication between clients, assessors, and stakeholders. Skills & Experience Required Strong eye for detail and process‑driven. Excellent administrative skills and ability to identify mistakes. Proficient in Microsoft Suite for creating professional documents and email correspondence. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Focused on resolving problems and analytical thinking. Confident phone manner and problem‑solving abilities. Experience in accreditation and certification processes.
