About the Role As a Car Buying Broker, you’ll play a key role in helping clients secure unbeatable car deals while providing a seamless, high‑quality experience from first contact through to delivery. Key Responsibilities Include: Managing your own sales pipeline with efficiency and focus. Calling warm leads, building strong relationships and confidently closing deals. Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to overall team success. Providing a superior customer experience through clear, professional communication. Accurately updating and maintaining customer information in our CRM system. Skills & Competencies Sales & Negotiation: Confident in presenting offers and closing deals, with proven sales experience, strong rapport‑building skills and the drive to master a proven process with uncapped earning potential. Customer Service: Provides clear communication, empathy and patience, managing client expectations to ensure customers feel supported and informed throughout the buying journey. Automotive Knowledge: Understands vehicle models, specs and pricing, enabling accurate comparisons and informed recommendations. (Automotive industry experience is preferred) Deal Structuring: Assesses client needs and aligns them with suitable vehicle options to deliver strong, value‑driven deals. Lead Management: Handles multiple enquiries with disciplined follow‑up, strong computer literacy and efficient multitasking. Organisation & Detail: Maintains accurate documentation and communication to keep the buying process running smoothly. Problem‑Solving: Resolves dealer issues and client concerns quickly, adapting to stock, pricing and process changes with a solutions‑first mindset. Time Management: Prioritises leads and negotiations effectively, performing well under pressure and high enquiry volumes. Relationship Building: Builds trusted relationships with clients and dealers through genuine rapport and a collaborative, team‑first approach.
