Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, this role will assist with administrative and operational support across all areas of the Human Resources function. This role supports recruitment, onboarding, contract preparation, HR systems maintenance, and general employee inquiries, while maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communication. Support hiring managers through the recruitment and induction process. Set up new starters in HR and payroll systems, ensuring accurate data entry. Support the preparation of HR reports, metrics, and workforce data as required. Maintain employee Masterfile records accurately and in a timely manner. Manage our Peer Recognition and Service Recognition Program end‑to‑end. About You At least 12 months’ experience in HR administrative or similar role. Strong organisation and administrative skills. Service focused and ability to solve problems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill. Competent in use of Office 365 suite of applications.
