Little World operates to promote the very best care and learning for infants, toddlers, junior preschoolers and preschool aged children. Little World is looking for 4 enthusiastic and passionate Group Leader to join our amazing team Qualifications Required: Certificate III in Early Childhood and care or Diploma in Early Childhood and care Responsibilities Creating a safe, fun, warm and welcoming environment. Supporting and implementing a quality educational curriculum. Be enthusiastic, motivated, professional, flexible and reliable. Have a love and passion for working with Children 0-6years. Studying or holds relevant qualification for position applying for. Assistance with documenting inline with EYLF, NQF and NQS. Communicate with families and parents. Ability to develop warm & respectful relationships with children & families. Computer literacy as we provide electronic programming & portfolios. Successful applicant must be able to Pass a National Police Check and hold a current Queensland Blue Card. Skills and experience A positive approach to supporting children and their families within our community. A love for children and a desire to make childcare a long term career within our company. Strong work ethic. Enthusiasm and lots of energy. Open-minded and innovative. Establish and maintain team relationships with other early childhood educators. Build fantastic rapport and incorporate a strong home-school partnership program with the parents. Understand the regulatory requirements listed in the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, with focus to provide an excellent level of education and care to the children at the Centre-based service. First Aid Qualifications, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Training. The company has Business Sponsorship Approval from the Government to sponsor overseas qualified workers which lets skilled people with relevant occupations work in Australia for an employer who can't find suitable Australians to do the required work.
