Join to apply for the Procurement Specialist - Ingredients role at The Arnott's Group About the Role This role is a key position in the Procurement Team, focused on Ingredient spend and working with suppliers and business partners to deliver great outcomes. It supports the Head of Procurement – Ingredients, managing spend across sub-categories and delivering new business opportunities through savings, innovation and a sustainable Supply Chain. What your day looks like Direct accountability of approx. $25M spend (15% of category) to deliver category plans and manage inflation Action within the category to deliver improved spend outcomes and drive savings Deliver annual hard savings for the business across category spend Manage supplier performance in contract reviews – quality, service, risk and spend Review, assess and understand supply risk Action decisions and expedite as required to meet new product development timelines Be an active participant in cross-functional teams Be involved in RFI, RFP and pricing activity to deliver category savings Align suppliers to Sustainability policies, targets and tracking progress The Ingredients for Success Industry experience (preferred) Analytical mindset, capable of drawing insights from complex information Organising and project management skills Articulate, good written and clear presentation skills Open to change, positive outlook Basic financial skills and simple spreadsheeting capability Our Culture We stand for high performance with integrity and celebrate wins from our collective effort.
