Job Description System Management & MaintenanceManage and maintain HR systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality. Act as the Kronos Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead system implementation projects, ensuring smooth deployment and integration. Assist in implementing system upgrades and updates while staying current on industry trends to recommend improvements. Technical Support & TroubleshootingProvide technical support and resolve system-related issues for HR system users with professionalism and confidence. Handle queries and troubleshooting across HR platforms, including Smart Time 2.0 (Kronos). Process Improvement & CollaborationCollaborate with the HR team to enhance system processes and workflows. Serve as an adaptable systems expert for various HR technology needs. Data Integrity & ReportingEnsure data accuracy and oversee regular system audits. Deliver reporting and analytics across HR systems, leveraging advanced reporting capabilities to provide actionable insights. Training & EducationTrain HR staff and business stakeholders on system functionalities, including Kronos and related platforms. Provide education on best practices and system usage to maximise efficiency. The Successful Applicant HR Kronos Subject Matter Expert - Key Requirements: Comprehensive knowledge of HR systems and proven hands‑on experience in system implementation. Successful track record in project‑based roles. Advanced expertise in Smart Time 2.0 (KRONOS). Ability to train, coach, and upskill stakeholders on system functionality. Skilled in managing stakeholder queries and delivering effective solutions. Highly adaptable with strong reporting and analytical capabilities. Strong alignment with team values and a collaborative approach. Thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and embraces constructive feedback. The ability to adapt quickly to new challenges. Willingness to assist with administrative tasks when required. Exceptional stakeholder management skills across local and offshore teams.
