Our Values Support the right of the individual and their carers to make informed choices Treat all staff with dignity and respect Support independence and quality of life and ensure dignity, privacy and confidentiality are respected at all times Deliver services in a non-discriminatory, accountable and responsive manner The Role Joining our team as a Physiotherapist, you will report to the Clinical Services Manager (Occupational Therapist) and work within our allied health team consisting of a Senior Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapists to provide services to a diverse range of clients, including seniors, with the potential to provide brokered services to external stakeholders. Additionally, you will: Provide evidence based physiotherapy programs and services to enhance independence and quality of life for clients Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify functional capacity, strengths, and lifestyle goals, developing holistic, individualised therapy plans in partnership with clients, their carers, and the Albany Community Care team Deliver programs that emphasise capacity building, restorative outcomes, and health ageing Review and evaluate therapy plans regularly to ensure that goals are met, and quality of life is enhanced Ensure compliance with professional standards, guidelines, and legislative requirements Provide physiotherapy with a focus on restoring, improving, or maintaining your clients’ independent functioning and wellbeing. This may include mobility assessments, home exercise programs, prescription of walking aids, and falls prevention programs Assist Allied Health staff and Care Providers in delivering exercise programs in the home, community, and our S.Age Therapy room What We’re Looking For Relevant Degree qualifications in Physiotherapy Current AHPRA registration Graduates are encouraged to apply Previous experience in the Aged Care sector is desirable but not essential Able to build trusting, working relationships throughout the organisation to support a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on customer outcomes What We Offer Relocation assistance available for the right candidate Salary packaging up to $15,900 per year for tax benefits Opportunities to grow within the organisation and support for ongoing professional development, up to $2,250 per year Reimbursement for AHPRA registration fees A collaborative and supportive team environment Local focus with a not-for-profit commitment Supportive and friendly work environment Apply Now Interested candidates can apply by sending their CV and cover letter to **********@accc.org.au.
