As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and client-focused Construction Supervisor to oversee onsite delivery of high-quality residential builds around the Moreton Bay and South Sunshine Coast areas. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving build progress, maintaining exceptional standards, and ensuring every client receives a home they are proud to own. Key responsibilities Manage daily site operations, trades, and schedules Track progress and costs via Buildertrend Ensure all builds meet standards, codes, and WHS requirements Oversee practical completion, defect rectification, and handovers Maintain strong communication with clients, trades, and suppliers Coordinate variations, claims, and reporting What we are looking for QBCC Site Supervisor Licence or Builders Licence Construction Industry Card 3+ years’ experience leading residential construction projects Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proven hands-on approach, proactive and takes initiative Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and project management software First Aid & CPR certification advantageous Why AUSMAR?
