Green Point Christian College is seeking a dedicated TAS Workshop Assistantto support the effective daily operation of our TAS facilities. Reporting to theHead of TASand through to the Principal, you will: · Ensure TAS rooms are resourced, stocked, clean, and safe for practical classes. · Maintain and monitor machinery, tools, and equipment, organising repairs as required. · Assist teachers and students during practical lessons and department events. · Manage stock levels, first aid kits, and WHS inspection reports. · Troubleshoot technology and liaise with property/IT teams where needed. · Support the preparation of school TAS events and displays (eg TAS Expos, Major Design Projects). The successful applicant should be a proactive, reliable team player with strong practical and organisational skills and should bring: Experience in working with and maintaining tools, machinery, or workshop facilities. Strong problem-solving and initiative, particularly with technology and equipment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A commitment to safety, student support.
