What You’ll Be Doing Inspect, repair, de‑blade and re‑blade turbine rotors and casings Disassemble mechanical equipment with precision, ensuring QA compliance Install and secure turbine blades, supporting rotor balancing (static & dynamic) Work on outages and overhaul projects for power generation and industrial customers Collaborate with fitters, machinists, welders, and engineers to deliver complete turbine overhauls What You’ll Need Trade qualification (Fitter/Machinist, Turbine Technician, or similar) with turbine‑specific training Hands‑on experience with steam and/or gas turbine maintenance (power generation, oil & gas, or heavy industry ideal) High attention to detail, precision, and safety focus Why Work With Sulzer?
